Resolving Installation Problems

Please try the following if you are having problems installing Party Booth:

1. Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install the latest Flash Player
2. Go to http://get.adobe.com/air/ and install the latest Adobe AIR runtime. Please do not install the Adobe AIR 2.0 beta runtime. If you have this installed, please uninstall it.
3. Go to http://www.partyboothapp.com and click the Download Now button to install the latest Party Booth

Also please make sure:

1. Your account has administrator privileges to install the software.
2. Your firewall does not block Party Booth from accessing the internet.
3. Your computer's date and time is correct

If you are getting an installation error, please uninstall Adobe AIR runtime and then repeat the steps above, see this for uninstall steps

If you still cannot install Party Booth, please submit a support request.
